From product idea to audience
I build the systems that carry a product from creation through operations and distribution. At Casery, that meant turning in-house print capacity into a broad Shopify catalog and paid-acquisition engine. In my independent work, it meant building an AI-assisted authoring tool and a resumable media pipeline, then testing them through public releases and YouTube distribution.
Independent publishing systems
2021–presentThis work began with experiments in long-form literary completion and grew into two connected products: an editor for producing and revising book-length work, and a media platform for turning structured text into narrated, synchronized video. YouTube channel experiments tested whether those formats could find an audience.
Media generation platform
